Parking charges apply to airport collections, typically ranging from £3.50 to £7.50.
All flights are monitored in real time. If a flight is delayed, bookings are adjusted at no extra cost. Each pickup includes 90 minutes of free waiting from the flight’s landing time. After that, waiting is charged at £7.50 per 15 minutes.

NB: For bookings requiring 5–8 seats, we always aim to provide the requested vehicle. However, due to availability, an equivalent executive vehicle may be used when necessary.

On rare occasions, an alternative vehicle may be provided in place of a Mercedes-Benz to ensure timely transfers.
