For airport pickups, a parking fee (usually £3.50 to £7.50) will apply. We track flights in real time, so you won’t pay extra if your flight is delayed. Your driver will wait up to 90 minutes after landing at no extra cost. After that, the waiting time is £7.50 for every 15 minutes.
For bookings of 5 to 8 seats, we do our best to provide the vehicle you requested. If it’s not available, we’ll send a similar executive vehicle instead.
